CLIENT DESCRIPTION
The client was looking for an alternative to a conventional metal sieve that could offer lower weight, easy handling, and reliable performance while being suitable for large-scale production.

PROJECT CHALLENGE
Converting the existing metal sieve into plastic required careful attention to strength, dimensions, wall thickness, and functional performance. The plastic version needed to maintain the required durability while being practical for injection moulding.

WHAT WE DID
GPI analysed the existing product and developed a new plastic solution from the ground up. Our team worked on product design, material selection, mould development, and injection moulding to create a production-ready plastic sieve with accurate dimensions and consistent quality.

RESULTS
The redesigned plastic sieve provided a lighter and more convenient alternative to the metal version. The injection-moulded solution delivered consistent production quality, improved handling, and a design suitable for efficient mass manufacturing.
